How to convert time units
Time is based on the second: one minute is 60 s, one hour is 3,600 s, and one day is 86,400 s. Note that this tool defines a month as 30 days and a year as 365 days - real calendar months and leap years vary, so longer spans are approximate.
Worked example
Two hours is 2 × 3600 = 7,200 s. Ninety minutes is 90 ÷ 60 = 1.5 h, and one day is 86,400 s = 1,440 min.
